Our long-term partnership with Hyundai Capital spans everything from product education to brand development and dealer engagement. We’ve helped shape strategic initiatives like the Partner+ loyalty programme, delivered animated product films across Hyundai, Kia and Genesis, and supported the rollout of key CRM tools with clear, compelling communications. Across every project, the focus has stayed the same: making finance feel simple, human and brand-aligned while helping dealers sell with confidence.
Partner + Loyalty Programme
When long term client Hyundai Capital asked us to help launch a new dealer loyalty initiative, we set out to create something that felt exclusive, aspirational, and unmistakably theirs. The challenge was to blend the visual languages of their three OEM brands with the core HCUK identity – delivering a style that felt unified, premium, and effortless. We helped develop the scheme name, crafted the identity, and built the full visual language – from logo lock-ups to page layouts. A rich colour palette, striking photography, and tailored iconography came together across a brochure and launch pack, designed to spark conversation and generate excitement from day one. The initiative’s success was brought to life at the end-of-year celebration, where film became the centrepiece – sharing results, recognising achievements, and cementing Partner+ as a club everyone wants to be part of.
Product Films
When customers choose a vehicle finance product, they need clarity and confidence. Hyundai Capital asked us to create a suite of films that would explain each option with precision – while being flexible enough to adapt across their three key brands: Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis. We placed the vehicle at the heart of each story, combining photographic imagery with simple, illustrated environments to guide it through the narrative. Key points were reinforced with clean icons and graphics, making complex information easy to absorb and visually engaging. By switching fonts, colour palettes, and hero vehicles, we could efficiently rebrand each film for different OEMs – delivering high production value with cost-effective scalability. The result is a set of films that inform, engage, and build trust across multiple markets.
CRM Films
With dealerships throughout the UK using a centralised system for their customer communications, consistent understanding and effective use are vital. Our task was to engage dealers, demonstrate the platform’s value, and encourage its full adoption. We produced a series of films that combined clear, step-by-step guidance with strong visual storytelling – first introducing the benefits of the system, then showcasing new platform features and upgrades as they launched. This kept communications fresh and relevant, ensuring that all the dealers are maximising the use of this important CRM tool. Dealer engagement is higher than ever, with customer retention rates across OEMs increasing by more than 30% year on year.
