At twcreative®, we obsess over the details you probably didn’t see, and that’s the point.
The meeting's done. The client signed off the call or walked out the door. Everyone’s smiling (mostly). Then what?
Here’s what actually happens on the agency side:
We debrief
Not in a polished, boardroom-y way. More like:
“So… did that go well?”
We replay the conversation, try to decode the feedback, and double-check we didn’t accidentally agree to deliver everything by next Tuesday (this tends to happen a lot!)
We’re honest
“I think they liked it—but they’re not quite sold.”
“Slide 7 needs to go.”
This is the bit where we realign, tweak, and decide what to take forward (and what to leave quietly behind).
We get to work
No high-fives, no dramatic rethink. Just a lot of thoughtful adjusting, reshaping, and quietly working away behind the scenes.
We’re still thinking about your brand, your goals, your audience. This always continues long after the meeting ends.
The real work often happens in the in-between
It’s not always glamorous, but it’s where ideas sharpen, relationships deepen, and good work becomes better.
